Executive Chef Alec Graham

Chef Alec Graham’s culinary journey began at just 14, working front of house at a cozy bistro in Danville, California. At 19, he moved to Toronto and joined the city’s first sustainable fishmonger, sparking his lifelong passion for sustainable seafood. Alec honed his skills at The Harbord Room under Chef Cory Vitello and Parts & Labour with Chef Matty Matheson before venturing to Little Corn Island in Nicaragua. There, he dazzled as the Executive Chef at Yemaya, a luxurious resort nestled on the island’s northern tip. After a year in the Caribbean sun, Aylec headed to Northern California, collaborating with Chef Dustin Valette in Healdsburg and leading the culinary program for Foley Family Wines. When he’s not in the kitchen, Alec loves riding his motorcycle and spending time with his wife, Lorelei. Although he is not yet a golfer, the team at Bennett Valley is confident that they will work their magic and he’ll have the golf bug before we know it!
